Actress Diane Kruger was recently spotted dashing out to lunch on a rare, rainy day in Los Angeles wearing a tropical print windbreaker, distressed jeans, and a pair of basic off-white Adidas Stan Smith Sneakers. (We’re not sure who makes her smart little burgundy satchel, but if you happen to know, please enlighten us in the comments section.) You can find a similar pair of Adidas for $90 at Zappos.com.

The classic sneaker revival is something we’ve discussed at length here on TS (in short: IT’S HAPPENING), and these Adidas sneaks look more old school or “classic” than most. So let’s discuss Diane’s decision to wear black crew socks with cuffed jeans. Yay or nay? Budding trend, or just a new thing?

Anna Kendrick recently made an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman to promote the upcoming movie musical Into the Woods. She wore a rather witchy ensemble for the occasion that happened to include a pair of black leather and purple suede Christian Louboutin Corsita Booties. You can find a pair of Corsitas in black leather and leopard print calf hair for $1,295 at Net-a-Porter.

These lace-up Corsitas are a most unusual design for oversexed Christian Louboutin brand. It’s a very tailored design with a bit of a Victorian vibe. I have literally never seen another celebrity wear them (though it’s entirely possible that several have, far off my radar), which makes me excited to see what other curiosities Anna Kendrick might have in her shoe wardrobe.

Sienna Miller recently walked the red carpet (which yes, is really more aubergine) at the premiere of her new flick American Sniper in NYC wearing a saucy, partially transparent Balenciaga dress paired with beautiful, white Balenciaga Ankle Strap Sandals. These sandals are nowhere to be found online, and we suspect they’re actually from next season. While we all wait for these to hit virtual storefronts with bated breath, you can shop a broad selection of all things Balenciaga at Barneys.

When any celeb wears head-to-toe Balenciaga, we pay attention, but it’s especially nice to see Sienna Miller back in the spotlight. While she’s forever bound to late aughts’ fashion in our hearts and minds, it’s great to see her doing something daring and different on reddish carpets once again. She’s taken some time off to have babies and reevaluate many of her life choices re: her early fame (I’m not kidding, Google it), and her supporting role in American Sniper represents something of a career reboot.

Here’s Khloé Kardashian, trying (and failing) to be inconspicuous while coming out of Gelsen’s grocery store in LA. She’s keeping it low-key in full Nike gym attire and a pair of black UGG Classic Tall Boots, and I’m honestly a little relieved that her feet are getting a rest from her usual sky-high heels. You can find Khloe’s exact boots at Nordstrom for $195.

Khloe is a fan of most classic mall styles, including the Timberland Premium Boots, which we saw her wearing last year. Khloé and her sister Kourtney are the only Kardashians who will occasionally deign to wear something more practical than designer pumps, though you are far more likely to see either one wandering around the LA metro area in a pair of heels.

Bionda Castana is undoubtedly a brand to watch in 2015. It’s been gaining a lot of traction with celebs, and we wouldn’t be at all surprised if more retailers started vending the brand’s shoes next year. Here’s Iggy Azalea, walking the red carpet before Philadelphia’s Jingle Ball concert, wearing a pair of Bionda Castana Daphne Harlequin Pumps, which are currently on sale for $420 (down from $700) at Opening Ceremony.

I honestly can’t think of a better shoe to wear to something called a “Jingle Ball.” This entire look is incredibly on-point for Iggy. It’s quirky yet glamorous, and it seems totally appropriate for on or off the stage. We’ve been studying Iggy’s swiftly evolving style all year; she’s tried a lot of different designer looks, but I think she’s finally hitting her stride.

Kate Beckinsale got up super early yesterday morning to announce the nominees for the 2015 Golden Globe Nominations, and unlike everyone else on the planet before 6 AM, Kate looked amazing, per usual. She wore a little Dolce & Gabbana ensemble paired with gorgeous emerald Casadei Suede Blade Pumps to do the honors. You can currently find Kate’s exact pumps for $740 at LUISAVIAROMA.

The Blade pumps do wonders for any woman’s calves. For example: Jessica Chastain and Jennifer Lopez were both recently seen sprinting around NYC and LA (respectively) in their Blades. They are a bonafide celeb favorite for any red carpet or gala event, and they’re also one of TalkShoes’ Best Bets.

We’re not unaccustomed to seeing celebs wearing shoes or other items that are completely unseasonal in winter, but Kim Kardashian made a bold choice when she decided to wear these Hermès Suede Lace-Up Sandals while filming one of her eight reality shows in NYC on Tuesday. It was bitterly cold and it poured down rain all day, and we all know that rain and suede are mortal enemies.

We wrote about Kim wearing these sandals at the Jersey Shore while hanging out with her bestie Jonathan Cheban last July (who is the same guy pictured below wearing the couture sweatsuit), but we’ve seen her wearing them several times a month ever since. I’m guessing Kim has gone through several pairs of these in six months’ time, mostly because of her absolute disregard for current weather conditions.

Here’s Gwen Stefani, walking the red carpet at the The Voice: Top 5 party in LA. She’s wearing a pair of Christian Louboutin Corafront Pumps, so named for the big red heart plastered on their vamp. Sadly, the Corafronts are currently nowhere to be found online, and it’s unclear when and if they ever will be. In the meantime, you can shop a large assortment of Louboutin pumps at Net-a-Porter.

These pumps really pop on the red carpet, and they do a great job of drawing the eye away from those garish orange shorts that look like a nylon track jacket wrapped around Gwen’s waist. Gwen is quite partial to Louboutins, but you’re just as likely to see her in a pair of low-key Converse sneakers. Mall styles mesh well with the the high-low, couture-punk vibe Gwen has been cultivating for over a decade now.
