Because we’re off at New York Fashion Week shows through the weekend and into next week, it only felt right that we choose a runway show for this week’s iteration of Fill in the Blank. After all, runway shoes are the most directional of the season, and that means they’re often the most eye-catching, daring and straight-up bizarre. All things that we love in a shoe, of course.

The Alexander McQueen Runway Platform Heelless Sandal qualifies as all of those things, and we’d like to hear you thoughts on them. They’re not quite as tall as all the infamous Giuseppe Zanotti heelless shoes, but their heels are every bit as absent.
