To me, the Pierre Hardy Metallic and Suede Booties look like science. What does that mean? I have no idea, but it sure is the first thing that popped into my head when I laid eyes on this design. The right-angled metallic leather appliques look like the opening credits of of a laser disc that my middle school science teacher used to show us when it was Friday and she didn’t want to teach as much as we didn’t want to learn, and back in that tail-end of the pre-DVD era, those pizza-sized discs were just about as cool as it got.
