Hasn’t Tory Burch’s shoe line come along nicely?

It seems like not that long ago that Tory Burch was famous for her Reva flats and not a whole lot else (shoe-wise, of course). Once everyone on the planet had a pair, they sort of fell out of favor and fashionistas moved on to the next big shoe, as they always do. Since then, however, a funny thing has happened – Burch has diversified her shoe and accessory offerings and come out with some shoes that are straight-up awesome in ways that even Reva naysayers are forced to acknowledge.

The Tory Burch Geoff High Heeled Sandals are my current favorite. Not only do they not break the bank, but the combination of textures and subtly different colors looks way more expensive than it is. These are the kind of quasi-dressy summer sandals that every girl needs in her closet, and I doubt you’ll find a better pair in this price point.

Mixing textures can get tricky, but the woven, (embossed) exotic and metallic materials that you see here all work together because they have similar types of color variation. The metallic leather is used in just the right amount, providing an accent to the rest of the shoe without taking over and making it too glitzy to wear to a casual dinner on a warm night. These sandals strike just the right note – high-end but not too haute for everyday use. Buy through ShopBop for $325.

Oh, I am really liking the color of these mixed with that metallic! whenever I think of Tory Burch I think of the huge signature medallion logo! It’s nice to see a very discreet pair!

I have a pair of Tori Burch heels that I bought from Gilt Group and I absolutely love them!! They are so stunning but comfortable as well. She is an amazing designer!!

Out of all the shoes that Tory Burch has come out with for the season, I’d choose this pair too. At first, I thought the colors were a little on the matronly side, but after looking at it more, I definitely like how they’re not just another pair of black sandals. LOVE exotics too!

I definitely think the edge-factor of Tory Burch’s shoe collection has been pumped up over the last couple of seasons. It’s refreshing and I constantly think, “Wow, these are Tory Burch??”

These are gorgeous! Wow, I love this type of shoe. Goes so great with anything. I’m glad Tory Burch is diversifying, I’ve always liked the look of the Reva’s but not on my size 9 foot. Maybe if I was a size 5!

i do love me some tory, especially her boots and sandals. these im not too crazy aboout. the heel is just an akward height to me. they probably look a lot better on though.

I actually really love the overall look, the metallic trim really gives the shoe a nice finishing touch. And I enjoy the different textures, from smooth to a snakeskin like texture. The different variation come together beautifully and compliments each other very well. The design also looks like a comfortable pair of shoes, I do wear heels on a daily basis so maybe it won’t be as comfy for someone just starting out. The colors may not be saturated but the gorgeous variation will stand out in non abrasive way, I do like pieces that aren’t obnoxious but will still make a statement.
