I’m trying really hard to understand these shoes. Trying really hard. But I just do not understand the idea behind these shoes. There are large massive amounts of open spaces. And then there are laces, in the center of the shoe. By themselves. And an ankle strap. These are the Burberry Lace-Up Flat Sandals, a complete and total miscommunication between Burberry and fashionable shoes.
I don’t think I’m alone in saying that these are totally wrong, on so many accounts.
You know what else I know? My feet would look horrible in these shoes. And though I am biased, I think I have cute feet that look good in most shoes. Not these. They look like a child’s shoe met a quirky (bad quirky) adult shoe for some sort of joint tragedy of shoes. I typically love all things Burberry. I love their bags, love their clothing, love them. But these shoes I can not stand behind. Buy via Saks for a whopping $395.
