Perfect Pairs Tom Ford Lanvin

Whether it’s a statement necklace (my signature here at the office), bold earrings, stackable bracelets or a killer heel, it is safe to say my accessories are the center of every outfit. When I first started thinking about this Perfect Pairs post, the first thing that came to mind was this Lanvin Stephanie Gold-Tone Necklace. Since lusting over this Lanvin necklace for what seemed like weeks after seeing it on the runway, I was indeed struck with love (corny, I know, but it’s undoubtedly true). Well, now I was on a quest to find the perfect shoe to match, and my vote is for these Tom Ford Zipper-Heel Suede Zip-Front Booties.

Pairing these two may be a bit audacious with all the golden hardware in one outfit, but with a necklace like this, you need some other sumptuous details to match. From the front, we see a black suede upper and zipper outlining with a big zipper decoration in the center, right? But follow that zipper lining around to the back of the shoe and you find not one, but two giant zippers, with one zipper connecting to the heel of the shoe. Paired together, they are a dynamic duo, proving that accessories can dominate any outfit.

Maybe it’s not for you, but this is my kind of perfect. What do you think?

  • I’m not crazy about the necklace, It’s too chunky for my taste, but these Tom Ford are sexy as hell. Just beautiful.

I love these too. Great combo. And I don’t usually even like gold.

I think I prefer Lanvin’s “HELP” necklace …. OMG, those booties are pure sex on heels
