I live in Atlanta, which in addition to being extremely hot for half of the year, is also pretty wet. On average, we get more inches of rain per year than even Seattle, mostly in the form of large thunderstorms. When it rains here, it literally pours.

As such, rain readiness is something that’s always on my mind. I have particular bags and shoes that I use when bad weather is likely, and the part of my brain that just can’t resist anything sparkly or over-the-top would really like to add the Jimmy Choo Metallic Croc-Stamped Wellingtons to my collection.

On their own, these boots may seem like, well, a bit much.
