You might be able to actually do battle in these Burberry boots

Well, except for the very tall heel. And the big platform. Those might somewhat inhibit your ability to fight for your life. But other than that, the Burberry Biker Platform Ankle Boots are totally made to wage war.
If the war you’re waging is on boring shoes, that is. These boots are possibly my favorite of the motorcycle trend so far, mostly because they eschew traditional silver hardware in favor of tonal black and a more futuristic feel. The lines of this shoe feel clean and modern instead of a throwback to a utilitarian past, which is to the immense credit of the designer.
Not only do they look great, but I think that these shoes might actually be kind of fun to wear. They’ve just enough buckles to have attitude, and the rubber sole makes them a little easier to maneuver than your average slick-bottomed stiletto. I would never suggest that anyone wear heels in snow or ice, but if you’re one of those people that just can’t be without your fancy shoes, this pair might be a good choice for that kind of weather. Plus, they have the Ugg-like comfort of a sheerling lining with none of the Ugg ugliness. Buy through Saks for $1095.
